Allie used to spell Valentine's Day as Valistis Day. So, now, every Valentine's Day we always say, Happy Valistis Day. I usually try to make a nice dinner and set the table with red, white and pink. We invited our adopted grandpa, Raymond, or RJ as Mike likes to call him.
